Refund policy
Our 30 Day Warranty
We offers a 30 Day Warranty on all regular items, starting from the date of delivery. This means that all exchanges and refunds can be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at huasitong888@163.com. we will reply to you in 24 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a given number of business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We offer replacements for any items that may have been received as defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at huasitong888@163.com.
Gift
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Late or Missing Refund Amounts
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at huasitong888@163.com.
Refunds
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
